Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Because shipments may be dispatched from overseas through our supply chain, estimated delivery time is typically about 10 days, and may take up to 15 days depending on customs clearance and carrier handling.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active and update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International and overseas shipments may be subject to customs inspections.
America’s Supply Chains® is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or additional fees applied to your order. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages or Lost Packages

We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier and/or our support team to initiate a claim.
Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items as they may be required for claim processing.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, hazardous materials, or restricted products) may be ineligible for shipping due to carrier or regulatory limitations.
